Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery within Switzerland typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We are currently a boutique brand and at this time we only ship within Switzerland. Expanding internationally is part of our future vision, and we look forward to offering Europe-wide shipping soon.

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is new and returned in its original packaging. As we are a small boutique brand, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@laurentez.ch, and we will guide you through the process.

Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@laurentez.ch with photos of the item and packaging. The item will need to be returned to us, after which we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
