1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website and the sale of products via our online store. They apply to all users, including consumers and business customers.

By accessing our site or purchasing from Laurentez Living GmbH (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all disputes arising therefrom are subject exclusively to Swiss substantive law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Thalheim an der Thur, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions.

3. Contract Formation

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately during checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Klarna / Billpay (Invoice, SOFORT, Direct Debit)

Klarna Payment Terms

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sweden, and Billpay GmbH, Germany, we offer the following:

  • Invoice: Payment within 30 days after dispatch.

  • SOFORT: Immediate bank transfer upon ordering.

  • Direct debit / credit card: Debited upon shipment or as per subscription terms.

The use of Klarna's payment methods is conditional on a positive credit check. Your personal data will be shared with Klarna or Billpay accordingly.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For other countries, please contact us. Delivery times stated are indicative only and non-binding. Risk transfers to you upon dispatch.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, contact us at info@laurentez.ch.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped with tracking. Return shipping is at your cost unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • B2B (business) transactions

7. Gift Cards

Laurentez Living gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

Once the item is inspected and approved, the refund is issued via the original payment method.

9. Warranty & Defects

We offer a statutory 2-year warranty to consumers. Please notify us of any defects within 5 days of receiving the product.

For B2B customers, warranty is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

No warranty is provided for:

  • Damage due to improper handling or storage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Modifications by third parties

10. Intellectual Property

All website content — including designs, product photos, texts, graphics, logos, and code — is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or its content:

  • (c) To violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • (d) To infringe upon our intellectual property or that of others

Violation may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.

12. User-Generated Content

If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and publish such content.

We reserve the right to remove content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity

  • Delays or interruptions in website access

  • Damage caused by third-party services or malware

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product concerned.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Laurentez Living GmbH harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions).

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services without notice if you breach these Terms. All obligations incurred prior to termination remain enforceable.

17. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (revDSG) and applicable EU data protection law.

18. Klarna Data Sharing

To offer Klarna’s payment methods, we may share your personal data (contact and order details) with Klarna. Klarna uses this data to assess your eligibility and tailor the payment options.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. An invalid clause shall be replaced by a valid one reflecting the original intent.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Laurentez Living GmbH. No verbal agreements shall apply. Any failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
