This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through laurentez-living.ch and delivered within Switzerland. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Shipping Area
Laurentez GmbH currently ships only within Switzerland.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 3–6 business days after payment has been received.
Please note that:

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship all orders using Swiss Post (Die Schweizerische Post) or another equivalent domestic courier service.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value — if applicable, this will be clearly stated on our website or at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@laurentez.ch.
6. Delivery and Acceptance
Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that your address details are complete and correct — Laurentez GmbH cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a delivery cannot be completed (for example, if the recipient is unavailable or the address is invalid), the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, we may charge a re-shipping fee to resend the package.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
All parcels are carefully packaged before shipment.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report this immediately to the delivery carrier and take photos of the packaging and contents.
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us at info@laurentez.ch.
We will work with Swiss Post or our logistics partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Partial Deliveries
If part of your order is not available immediately, we may ship the available items first and send the remaining items once they are back in stock. You will not be charged extra shipping costs for split deliveries initiated by us.
9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect from a postal pick-up location within the stated timeframe, we reserve the right to:

Deduct the original shipping costs and any return fees charged by the courier from your refund, or

Charge additional costs for reshipping, if you wish the parcel to be resent.
